If you are attending in person, the University of Pennsylvania requires each attendee to be fully vaccinated and prepared to show proof of vaccination upon request.

Anyone coming from outside the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania should be mindful of guidance from the Pennsylvania Department of Health and the City of Philadelphia. Traveling remains a risky activity for COVID-19. All travelers, even those who are fully vaccinated, should continue to wear a mask while traveling, distance when possible, and practice good hand hygiene. Travel guidance is fluid and changes frequently.

All attendees will be required to complete the PennOpen Pass using their phone ( In the event of contact tracing, your contact information may be shared with the University or any other responsible entities.
